well, if there was experience on Sod, they would be breaking through on the first Grand Order (GO) there.

4) And in general, I'm interested - who decided that the HW resource is only for Sod?

no one decided, it's just that the majority of organizers on HW are Sod players, and they hold tournaments accordingly. It's not their fault that WT players are lazy and don't do anything for themselves.

Moreover, there are more Sod players than WT players => there are also more tournaments on Sod.
