Registering there shouldn't be a problem, right?

What's more concerning is this:

Partial landscape generation is allowed, but "purely" generated maps will be disqualified from the contest.

It seems a bit absurd. Why bother placing each tree manually when you can customize a brush? What's so bad about that...?
Besides, there aren't many good standard brushes; only about 5-6 out of the entire list are decent, meaning it's better to create your own brushes.
