Honestly? I don't understand why they're targeting Ney. Anyone could have written the note. I'm not going to draw any conclusions; everything is too unclear for me.
As for today's blocks, I don't rule out the possibility that the Mafia could have been trying to kill me and Lizard – he was blocked by the Inquisitors, right? – these blocks protect against being killed.
