1) The special ND of the Incas is not displayed (it's the same as a regular kill, one clue, nothing additional)... the second one is displayed in the newspaper... 2) Notes with the display of the goal of the current night's ND can be written by those who have a role with redirection... investigators cannot write the goal of the current night's ND, nor can they indicate the goals of NDs in the notes of blockers...
