Well, I see the process of improving skills as involving online training sessions and consultations via Skype. This includes combat training, practicing standard strategies, developing game plans for various situations and scenarios, and so on. The coach should devise lessons and create test maps. Consultations should also cover the technical aspects of the game. And, of course, there should be a constant analysis of saved games. This is certainly a time-consuming task, and the coach must be significantly more skilled to make it effective.
Overall, the idea of online training sessions is interesting. It's possible in poker, so why not try it in Heroes? :)
