CIS Club Championship 2012 in Yekaterinburg.

The pre-registration ends on January 25th... and from the 25th to the 30th, I'll be looking for a cottage or a base that can accommodate the required number of people.

I can't plan things so far in advance to know for sure at the end of January what I'll be doing in April-May :(
If I don't register now, but manage to come to the gathering (I really want to be there :)), will you still let me stay at the cottage? :( Or will I have to find my own place in an unfamiliar city? :(
