We agreed on a total of 112, which I immediately took (ruining a good setup for my opponent), then the opponent took 2x111 and several tech units. I don't know about Steph, but for me, out of all the generations, only once did I get something more or less playable. In the end, we played with what we had.

113-116 took a couple of crypts, visited the arena, and gathered enough money for units in the castle.
116, the opponent sent a message GG. Although he had a hidden stash of bears (which he would have taken no earlier than the third turn), overall, he was less lucky with the distribution.
