Game crashes.

Hello! I've just started playing (I don't know and understand many of the nuances yet). I often encounter problems with the game freezing (always during battles), but it wasn't too bothersome. Besides freezing, there are also crashes, accompanied by an error message, part of which says something like: "...memory cannot be "read"." This wasn't too bothersome either, until I noticed one unpleasant thing: I had accumulated about 300,000 points in my dynasty (Level 3), continued playing in the saved game, accumulated points up to 315,000 and reached Level 4, I continue playing, accumulate another 5,000 points, and in the next battle, the aforementioned error appears. When I restart the game, I see that I somehow have only 290,000 points and the level is back to level 3. This is not good. Please tell me what the problem is and how to fix it. Thank you.
