12. Advertisements can be placed in the newspaper (mention the text of the advertisement in the Night Declaration). A player can submit no more than one advertisement per night and write any information, including false or non-game information. The signature can be anything (whatever you specify). The limitation is that no more than 2 notes can be submitted by each mafia per night, and checkers are prohibited from writing to whom they are going the next night. It is desirable to maintain the text in the style of the setting, and if it is also in the style of your role, then it will be even better.

The rules only state that town roles cannot write the name of the target, in this case, I suggest that all town roles write in the notes to whom they are going, in order to avoid situations where it is impossible to determine why there is no Night Declaration - because of a block, or because of a challenge to a duel/interrogation. This is necessary for a more accurate analysis of the night actions.
I don't think the mafia can do anything about it, especially since they need to forge notes from the checkers.
