I still don't understand why the Tactical Squad Commander, whose influence is among the first, isn't mentioned in the newspaper. I suspect it might be Vistrit, who was blocked today. Moreover, there's a note in the newspaper about a Dovahkiin, which he most likely sent, which wouldn't have happened if he were part of the mafia.

And I still haven't found a good hint about Hostor's role. Unless we consider the newspaper's title.

We can draw some conclusions from the notes. There are two notes from the chaplain; which one do you think is genuine, and which one is fake? For now, I'll vote for Lynx's execution, unless I come up with a better option.
