I would like to clarify one question with the game masters.

6. Discussing the game outside of this thread (i.e., in private messages, instant messengers, etc.) is allowed only if you have a role that permits it.

Since when was this rule abolished? In the last few games, I've noticed that this point is completely and unpunishedly ignored by players – very often, the current game is discussed in the general group on Skype.
Last time, when I expressed a similar dissatisfaction, I was told that the GM saw everything and allowed it, but what about now?
I want to get an answer from the players and the game masters: does this rule still apply? If such violations continue to be ignored, perhaps I and other players should immediately and in subsequent games start communicating via instant messengers and private messages?
