Regarding contributions, it's still unclear; it depends on how much sponsorship money I can find. Currently, the amount from sponsors is 20-25 thousand rubles, which isn't a large sum, but there's still time...
The approximate calculation is around 2-3 thousand rubles from everyone who attends, whether they're a player or a spectator. If we order catering, it might be a bit more. And all the sponsorship money, which I hope will be around 40-50 thousand rubles in total, will be used as prize money, with the prizes distributed similarly to how it was done in Michurinsk. Perhaps we'll collect 1 thousand rubles from each participant to form a prize fund, and then add the sponsorship money to it... I haven't decided yet... It will be clearer closer to the event.
Good sponsors... Where does this interest in the game come from among the sponsors? I switched from StarCraft: Brood War to Heroes of Might and Magic; in that game, it was an official discipline in the WCG until 2010, and in Korea, people still attend matches like they do for football, but here in Russia, it's hard to find sponsors with money... These are probably former Heroes players???
P.S.: I won't register for now; I'll wait until all the details are sorted out... And I'm not sure about my abilities yet... What's the registration deadline?
