I remember you once said that you were "for" (Bayana) allowing people to express their thoughts, and that simply ignoring him would be enough.

That never happened, and it couldn't have. The uniqueness of this case is that all the other "crazy people" are players, unlike Bayana, who uses the chat as a toilet.

Secondly, my personal views are irrelevant here. I really just need to ignore him, even internally, but I don't want the topic of Bayana to come up if I invite foreign players to the chat; I would be ashamed of myself as an organizer.

One possible solution, for example, could be to prohibit guests from writing in the general chat, only in private messages. Then, set an interval, say, half an hour, for registration confirmation, after which a ban by nickname would be enough to remove Bayana. Yes, it's a bit complicated, but I think it's workable.
