When I play in real-time, I generally take control of the game and essentially play alone. Because the other players sometimes just sit there and remain silent. The idea of shouting in EVERY PLAYER'S APARTMENT IN THE GAME doesn't appeal to me, nor would it appeal to your neighbors. Chat is a good idea, but there are also ideas in this area. I've already implemented something similar and can do the same for you.
