Duels

I have a question. What time limit is set for online duels? I'm currently playing against a strong AI as the Stronghold faction, and I seem to be doing well, but I'm not setting any time limits for myself. However, if there's a time limit in a duel with a real person, I might not be able to think quickly enough due to lack of practice. Consequently, I probably won't be able to compete effectively in any online tournaments or duels right now.
So, could you please advise me on what parameters I should set to practice for tournaments or simply for online duels with another player?
