I know how to use the teleport. As I said, this is my 13th map. The conditions are met, and Irina doesn't teleport. Out of all the heroes, only she doesn't jump. And specifically, it's only in the basic portal. In the improved one, she does teleport. And she hasn't teleported for the last two maps.
Now I've finally made it through "Bloody Tide," with great difficulty. I'll see if this awful trend continues. But to be honest... I want to kill the developers for releasing such a mess.
