Can only Irina not teleport? Do the others teleport instead?

Teleportation requires mana and movement points. You need a lot of the latter, but you can't teleport if you're out of mana. Secondly, there must be a free slot in the target city or fortress, i.e., there can be a maximum of one hero there. If there are 2, the teleport doesn't work.

And Irina herself must be in the "outer" slot in the city before teleporting. That is, first, check if there is space in the target city, then click on Irina, who is in the city, see if she has movement points (green) and mana (blue), click on the book -> simple teleport, and click on the gate of the city or fortress to which you want to move.

If everything is followed, it should work!

A fun mission :). I liked the quest about the orcs, which not only brings reputation but also determines subsequent quests. This is what diplomacy turned out to be: either you allow the orcs to free themselves, or you include them in your army (which is very disadvantageous, because the heroine loses the ability to move across water, and the heroes in the castles are not weak). In both cases, there are options: weaken your army, but leave the cities to the orcs, or convert them, and with a powerful four-city force, defeat Ulagan, who is "rushing to help," and the necromancer-occupier :). I really liked this mission scheme.

I freed the orcs with Irina, and then immediately took them over with the next hero, an orc. And there were no problems!
