Questions about the gameplay of Heroes 6.

Did you have a key in the box? Did you enter it? If so, and the game price was significant, the version should be a licensed one. Is there a connection to the Conflux (the sphere at the top of the screen)? If so, go to the second tab of the dynasty menu (from the main menu), and there create heroes of the desired faction and class. If there is no connection to the Conflux, try connecting to it by clicking on the fork icon.
