We took 1 restart each and went for it
3 stacks arrived + 2nd level is available. 31 archers at the start. Large respawn, road blocks are present, but you can still run through. Unfortunately, no good hero came in, had to play as Wystan. In the first 2 days, I scouted 3 convenient home hives, an external dwelling of gnolls and archers. On day 113, I see the native secondary hero behind 3 guards (2 of which are walkers and zombies), I run Wystan there immediately. Took a couple of crypts, one of them maxed, Wystan got Earth and Log. On day 116, I reach the secondary hero, on day 117, I take a dwarf dwelling with 100 dwarves. At home 1-4, 6 in the castle, in the secondary hero, wyverns in the fort. No passages into treasure zones visible. On day 121, I pick up a shield +6, on day 122, I take another dwarf dwelling, due to time, I don't manage to set up chains to take 1 or 2 nagas and a hive immediately. 80 archers, 10 wyverns and enough meat, but news of a wipe arrives :(
