We each took 1 restart and went for it
3 stacks came in + 2 levels available. 31 gr of archers at the start. Respawn is big, there are road blocks, but you can run through. Unfortunately, no good hero showed up, I had to play Wystan. In the first 2 days, I scouted 3 convenient home hives, an external dwelling of gnolls and archers. On 113, I see a native secondary town behind 3 guards (2 of them are dendroids and zombies), I go straight there with Wystan. I took a couple of crypts, 1 of them a max one, Wystan picked up Earth and Logistics. On 116, I reach the secondary town, on 117 I take a dwelling of 100 dwarves. Home 1-4, 6 in the Castle, in the secondary town wyverns in the Fort. No passages to treasure zones are visible. On 121, I grab a Shield +6, on 122 I take another dwarf dwelling, due to time I don't manage to build chains to take 1 or 2 nagas and a hive right away. 80 archers, 10 wyverns, and enough meat, but news of a wipe comes in :(
