Questions about the gameplay of Heroes 6.

Hello everyone! We're playing together on one computer. Recently, a question arose: is it possible to expand the selection of starting heroes? Only 2 are offered – a warrior and a mage, and we're getting tired of them. We tried hiring a second hero at the beginning of the game, but reputation points aren't accumulating. Maybe my game version is incomplete? If you know how to expand the list of starting heroes, please let me know. Thank you in advance.
