Japanese-Chinese race.

In the "ascension" topic, a description of the Chinese race was created. IMO, inventing races "out of thin air" doesn't work; at best, it might work occasionally. However, there's still a lot of interesting material from the mythologies of different countries that could be used in Heroes. We just need to create races where the majority are not humans and mythical creatures.
They are Japanese ghosts.
