Test for a military rank.

You are a sergeant. You will likely earn this rank for your achievements while serving as a private. Once you receive your sergeant chevrons, life in the army will change significantly. Now, an entire squad, or even a platoon, will be under your responsibility. If soldiers fail to complete a task during shooting exercises, training, or sports competitions, they will be held accountable, including the sergeant. You will need to constantly monitor how your subordinates are training and whether they are succeeding. You will have to explain to the lazy and idle that shirking their duties is not allowed in the army.
