The idea is certainly interesting, but executing Jack leaves a chance, albeit a very small one, to control Rimpel, while the mafia has no chance at all. And executing Rimpel leaves a significant chance for the mafia to win, but the mafia shouldn't win, right? I wouldn't be upset if, in the worst-case scenario, the victory went to the maniac; Vissy already made him overpowered anyway, so it's still better than the mafia winning.
