Which units in the Dungeon castle do you dislike the most (based on their appearance)?

Unimproved Demons – they seem rather bland and lack any distinctive features; and Devils – they are hunched over, even downright hunchbacked, and leave a very vague impression – just a huge pile of armor and that’s it.
