Sacred Haven of Debauchery

I like this anime because it explores the flaws of the characters very well, and in general. For example, a drunk homeless man falls onto the subway tracks, and the anime shows the thoughts of the people around him at that moment. Some think, "I should help him... but someone else will probably do it," others think, "Who cares, he's just a homeless man, society will probably be better off without him." Others watch with interest, preparing to take a few pictures with their phones. And someone else says, "Where are the station employees?" But no one goes down to help.
Recently, there was a similar incident: it was raining heavily, and there was a strong current in the river. A boy was drowning (i.e., being carried away by the current), and his mother was running along the bank, screaming his name. A man saw this. He was walking along, under an umbrella, smoking a cigarette. He saw it and rushed to help. He pulled the boy out, asked his mother to give him her hand so he could climb out, but she didn't care; she hugged her son and was shaking. So the man died, but he could have just kept walking. A few episodes ago, there was a boy who was extremely spoiled by his grandmother. One character very accurately noted that this suppresses his personality and he will not become a normal person.

But these are perhaps the only positives. Otherwise, the plot is not very interesting, and the gore is unnecessary.
