If I didn't clearly state the goal — it is for the tournament to be international (I think it would be sufficient if 10+ European and 4+ non-European players participate, besides the CIS). Personally, I think it's absurd — to hold a qualifier for HeroesWorld for just 1 slot, especially when there are players among them, no offense to Homunculus, who are clearly not inferior in skill to the "privileged ones."
