Heroes 6 - Discussion

Guys, can someone explain something to me? I don't understand why both missions in the final campaign have the same intro cutscene? In the first mission, you defeat Michael, but in the second, he's perfectly fine? I completed the first mission as Kirill, but now I can't complete the second one. When I load the game as him, only the first map loads. I don't understand, it's some kind of nonsense.
