"Storm Caller" for the Thunderlords. In my opinion, it's a weak ability, but it's popular in duels, for example. So, in what situations should it be used?

Probably in situations where the enemy is trying to use "Phantoms." Otherwise, the damage from the cloud isn't that great, and it's much more effective to use regular attacks combined with "Sudden Attack" (I'm talking about duels).
