I think many of you, who have ever searched for "programs" or "utilities" for Heroes of Might and Magic on Google, have found Face Tool and facekit. Both of these programs are used to create new heroes, and an interesting question arises... HOW TO USE THEM!?
Perhaps I will outline the problem in points:
1. FaceTool - the description says that it can add new heroes and edit existing ones... however, as far as I understand, it only allows you to use features that are completely identical to the editor's features... But on the Equilibria forum, there are screenshots with completely NEW heroes. How to create them, i.e., create them with their own portrait?
2. facekit - when you run the program, this error appears:
