That's strange... I've played through it myself about 5 times, and I haven't had any crashes. The Necromancer button was working fine (only a black bar at the top and bottom), and PWL loaded, although not immediately, but the size was normal...
Anyway, I won't redo anything; I've already cut down on half of the quests because I was feeling lazy :D
However, the windows for the Necromancer mod tables and the Fury buttons were small (it's difficult to make out the details there – it's easier to use the data from the manual). But I had the same size for the Necromancer and Fury tables when I installed the corresponding original mod, so I deleted it a long time ago.
