Interesting map... however, the scripts are glitching. If you remove a succubus from the army and put it in reserve, the script for the guard won't work. A couple more questions directly about the game: 1) What event should happen after killing the orc? (revenge for the ents) 2) What event should happen after freeing all the mines? (I don't know what to do next - the quest is marked as completed, I approach the main elf - he sends me back - return after you kill all the demons, the script for the conversation with his daughter works, she kills her father, a new quest appears - find the killer... but where to go? In the dungeon - a blue tent, but there is no keymaster.

I figured everything out... only one thing is unclear - the hero in Shio, after talking to Kha-belekh, automatically attacks an army of 5,000 demons, having only about 600 (plus an archdevil) and no magic or developed skills... it seems impossible to win the battle.
