P.S. IMHO, the instructions were probably written in the distant days of dial-up, and today, a two-megabyte archive shouldn't be a problem.
The post with the instructions is dated 2009, which is why I took the packaging so seriously.
In general, it is very possible that if everyone starts uploading two-megabyte archives in messages, the forum might suffer. Or it might not, but it's better to do everything according to the instructions, in any case.
