After patch 1.2, Nagas have an initiative of 60. Is this intentional, or is it a new bug?
And where can I find a good (Russian) description of the patch's fixes?

I don't think it's a bug. Kirins had their speed reduced, and instead, their initiative was increased. So now, Nagas have the opportunity to go first in all battles.

It's in the "News" section. However, it doesn't have a translation of minor changes to stats – you can look for that on the forums.

Chingis, what can I say? If you don't like it, don't play. You encountered a few bugs and broke your computer – is the game now too difficult? Because of the pirated copy, you won't be able to play "Heroes 6" with other people, so you won't be able to fully experience it. Therefore, a licensed copy is preferable.
