Game crashes.

The problem is that the game freezes after a battle, before displaying the battle result window, and this only happens with certain mobs/heroes and not always (for example, it freezes on the first attempt, but works fine on the second). The computer completely freezes, and the only solution is to restart it. Has anyone encountered this issue, and if so, how can it be fixed?
