Question for the organizers: why are players allowed to participate in "Novichok" multiple times with such ease? I think you've gone a little bit "off track." I advise you to reread the history of the first "Novichoks," remember what this tournament is held for, and finally stop ruining it.

Let's start with the fact that the main goal of the tournament is to get to know each other and gain experience in communication and gameplay.

There are certain standards and rules according to which we select participants and conduct the tournament.The discussion about each player takes place collectively.I will not re-read the history of the first Novichok because – since we were appointed as judges and tasked with running the tournament, it means they trust us; we do not go beyond the rules written down. We have our own approach regarding discipline; I don’t see any point in adapting to the past, as there are always changes.
Again, I suggest you read the section on “Requirements for Participants” more carefully!

Regarding the tournament, I want to say to every participant: think about whether you can definitely play in the tournament, whether the deadlines and rules suit you. If you have a severe lack of time, this will complicate our task and spoil the impression of you. There will be no circus, and there will also be no voting on who should be taken or not. Please adjust to the schedule for each stage and resolve all issues in advance, and also inform us of any problems instead of waiting until asked why you couldn't play!
Even if you play well throughout the game, ignorance of certain aspects may ruin everything, so study the rules thoroughly before the start of the tournament to avoid an unpleasant situation.

Also, let me add that just because the tournament is called "Novichok" doesn't mean everyone has to behave like children...as far as I know, most of the players are over 20 years old, so let's behave more adequately and seriously.
