It seems to me this is the easiest way to answer. :(
My opinion: 1. People want and can find out the reason (democracy, damn it)
2. By not allowing SYLAR- into the tournament, you might discourage the guy from playing Heroes (maybe not entirely, but definitely on our portal)
3. Look at his illustrated quotes :smile54: , the guy has a creative approach, I am FOR allowing SYLAR- to participate, or let's vote :smile43:

First of all—I read his reports; they're kind of shady):D Secondly—Tanya is the organizer, and it's up to her to decide who plays and who doesn't—what's the point of organizers and newcomer criteria then:rolleyes: Thirdly—if he wants to play, there's always an opportunity to play funky games for reports or other tournaments:D Besides, the rule exists not to discourage anyone, but to avoid unnecessary holy wars, IMHO. Also, his skill level bothers me—the report is way too suspicious, and he makes some interesting breakthroughs on day 3 of the game—almost 100 wolves, which all also spread decay) And that's for a dungeon—having 100 Troglodytes and 7 eyes)
