HoMM3 HD - Releases and updates.

HoMM 3 HD 3.0 beta 2

compared to beta 1, the following changes have been made:
- a critical bug has been fixed
- added automatic detection of the Polish Gold Edition
- fixed DL video
- added a fix for in-game bugs (enabled if Tournament Module = 1):
[ ] Artifact merchants,
[ ] "Not me",
[+] the ability to leave a hero without an army,
[+] refugee camp (only for online HD vs HD)
- if all online players are using HD 3.0 beta 2, the game will ask: whether to apply the in-game bug fixes and start the countdown after clicking OK, otherwise the game will run without the gameplay bug fixes and changes to the timer.
