Okay, it's either Mafia or Miconte.

Arandor no longer has a reason to hide. He is either Clarissa or Loran.

Lying about the fact that you are definitely not Moena and not Clarissa? You know that's true, if you were in the world, you wouldn't accuse me of lying. Finally, if there are two options - Mafia/Miconte, and the latter cannot block himself (although Ar didn't hint at his role), the conclusion is: Arandor is Loran.
