Everything is fine))) this weapon didn't appear for my hero at all. I came as a strongman to get the staff, but the weapon didn't appear even for the hero. Then I came as a mage (after leveling him up a bit), and voila, the staff appeared for the hero, and then I used this method to move it to the Dynasty. THANK YOU.
By the way, I tried taking Dynasty swords with a mage, and it worked, but I removed the staff from myself beforehand (I took Kirin's sword this way).
