Haven – "Everything is mixed up, truth and falsehood" [Campaign 3 – Mission 2]

I want to share my impressions about this map. At the beginning, I kill all the neutrals and collect all the resources. I capture George's castle. Then I go underground, defeat the fort and the hero inside, and eliminate the neutrals, collecting all the resources. After that, I cross the river and capture a neutral castle, then proceed to attack one of the barons. It seems to me that the barons don't move until you cross the river; there's probably some kind of script involved. Did anyone else experience this?
