I think you didn't use the phrase "territory of another respawn point" very correctly. Because it can be understood ambiguously, what you meant by this phrase. "Any" applies to the guards of one respawn point. And you asked the question in such a way that it could also imply the existence of a Third respawn point, in addition to your own and the one where the guard is located. Then - the answer is different.
