dmitrik (Dwarves, Helmar) defeated kontra (League, Irbet) with a Spider, end of week 5. It was a fun game. The fun started when kontra messaged me about taking a Watchtower; he took it on day 3, and 467 units were stationed there. There were no more dwellings, and the more units, the better the chances against the League. By this time, the main force was Brand, so I immediately bought Helmar, and he went to a Drake, then to two Drakes, and in the middle of week 3, he reached a Treasure Room. He barely had time to defend it when a furious Irbet flew in with 11 Red Dragons (why not Black Dragons, no one knows, not even kontra)), 14 Black Women, Assassins, and Furies, and went straight for my Dwarf. Helmar had 15 Earls, 21 Elders, and about 70 Shields. As a result of the battle, I was in the tavern with a couple of dozen Shields, and the enemy was walking around in my Treasure Room with two Dragons and a couple of Women, looking at the artifacts. On day 7 of week 4, Irbet ran to the Castle; only the Shield from the summoning saved me. 4 Dragons survived, and another 4 were not yet bought, along with 15 Bears. The enemy still had a full stack of Lizards that were not yet bought, and I think I killed the rest. Then, kontra tried to catch his hero in the tavern, and I went through my resource to the second Treasure Room. I only had time to run, take the Wood, and the Sunken Temple. Portal home and a battle in the field with the enemy. The Dwarves, under the blessing and with the Cursing ability, and with luck, hit very hard; almost all of them had morale and hit again, so the League's meat fell quite quickly.
