What are you listening to right now?

Well, I did listen to Therion, but I didn't think it was symphonic metal.

WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT???? Even a turkey wouldn't think about it; it's obvious that it's symphonic. If you listened to one of the first four albums, it's death metal, and then the band almost completely broke up (only two people remained) and reassembled, resulting in the first purely symphonic metal album, Theli, being released in 1996.

Metal specifically tied to classical music? Neo-classical metal? Rhapsody and Dark Moor, and I don't know much about the latter; I only listened to one album, but I would classify it as such. I don't know of any other neo-classical metal bands.

As far as I know, Dark Moor has a cover of a classical piece on each album, similar to their cover of Mozart. I listened to their cover of Bach.
