Haven – “Something’s afoot” [Campaign 3 – Mission 1]

My own walkthrough. I played on the normal difficulty level. First, I built a Hall of Heroes, hired Rosalia, and gave her army to Anton. Then, as usual, neutral units joined Anton, Rosalia gathered resources, I captured a mine and a sawmill, went down, captured a fort there, then cleared the area and developed the Castle. I returned to the Castle, went down, cleared the area there as well, and then crossed the bridge, captured a fort and the enemy Castle, then went to the Dungeon, where I found the stolen eggs. I came to the Griffin fort, and they joined me, after which I could build Griffin dwellings in the Castles. Next, I completely cleared the captured territories, including the Dungeon, and then went south, where I captured another Barbarian Castle. Only after that did an enemy hero appear on my territory, and I easily defeated him. The Barbarian remained in his Castle. I cleared the entire territory again, including the area near the Barbarian Castle, and captured that Castle as well. I repelled an attack from the Outcasts, and after buying units from all the Castles, I easily won. Try it, it might help.
