In reality, each forum, or rather, even each section of the same forum, has its own moral standards, although officially, in the rules of almost any resource, there is, for example, a punishment for swearing.
I once awarded points for swearing a couple of times, and the affected parties were almost shocked by the surprise.
You see, it's pointless for one moderator to try to change the system. For example, the way Neyra communicates on the forum would be grounds for a ban on many resources. But it doesn't bother anyone, so why start repressions?
At one time, I communicated on football forums, and there they didn't even swear, they just talked. And no one thought to contact the moderators.
In general, you understand: if you don't like this style of communication, you can ring the bell, that is, click the red button at the bottom of the post, and summon a moderator with a flaming-punishing sword.
