soldierx, this is also not a bug, but a feature of this spell, although the game developers didn't really explain it: the "killing" part of Sacrifice works like a 5th-level spell, and the "resurrecting" part – like a 4th-level spell! That's why you can't revive Golden Dragons with it, unless you have the Vulnerability Sphere.
And, by the way, this is just my personal opinion: it would be better if Sacrifice was a 4th-level spell altogether – no one would get confused or puzzled!
