With Svetlana, it's really unclear. According to the plot, she's an ally; she "eats" one of the demon cities, which slightly eases the initial situation, but if you approach her too closely, she attacks. Also, the "Righteous Ashi" faction, when you eliminate the other players, takes turns for everyone, which is annoying. The army is large, but it grows much slower than the player's. Therefore, it's best to consider this hero, who was carelessly made an enemy, as a large source of experience for your dynasty's weapons :).
