Баги "Might and Magic: Heroes VI"

I had a similar bug. I started replaying from the first mission... I didn't choose the Path of Tears or the Path of Blood. The second mission starts, and I still don't choose a path... somewhere near the end of the mission, while completing a certain task, they give you the Dynasty Weapon, and the hero automatically goes through the Path of Tears. So, the reward for the Dynasty Weapon was that the hero would go through the Path of Tears. I thought... (there was some swearing here) that it would freeze again, but no... everything was fine, and I completed the fourth mission without any problems.
By the way, I have a question: is this happening to me alone, or to everyone? I've completed all the campaigns, and there's one final one left, but when I look at the mission list in the load menu, the fourth mission of each faction appears as if I haven't completed it, as if I can load it. Is that supposed to be like that?
