Specify the contents of the Data folder, in particular, the presence of ***.txt files. Delete/move them. If the text hasn't changed, then the only option left is that you have more than one Heroes installation. You're deleting files from one installation, but launching the game using files from another. And it was absolutely necessary to specify what kind of Polish file installation it was (directly into the h3bitmap.lod file?).
